Sgt. Daniel Hurley, MSJS, MBA

Dan Hurley is a Sergeant with the Londonderry, NH Police Department with 10 years of experience. Dan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College, his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, and his Masters of Justice Studies (MSJS) from that same institution. Dan has several years of experience with the Criminal Investigation Division; where he was primarily responsible for white collar crimes. Dan is also very experienced in crime scene investigation; death investigation; burglary investigation; and the investigation of violent crimes.
Dan is a currently a Team Leader on the Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit (SNHSOU); an Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Active Shooter Response instructor; and has also previously served for several years on the South Eastern New Hampshire Hazardous Materials Mutual Aid District HAZMAT Response Team (SENHHMMAD).
Dan is extremely passionate about criminal investigation, and continuously strives to increase his knowledge base through both formal and informal educational opportunities. Dan is very knowledgeable about financial related crimes and has consulted with law enforcement officers throughout the country about organized financial crime.
